Effective Date: 29 November 2025 At Aero‑Dash, we are committed to fostering a safe, reliable and respectful community. Our peer‑to‑peer platform empowers individuals to send items with people already travelling, but it also relies on mutual trust and adherence to standards. These Trust & Safety Guidelines explain our safety practices and your responsibilities when using the Platform. By using Aero‑Dash, you agree to follow these guidelines. 1. Identity Verification 1. User Accounts. All users must create an account and provide accurate personal information. We may require identity documents, selfies, or other verification steps to confirm your identity. 2. Trust Scores. We may use verification results, completed deliveries and feedback to generate trust scores. Higher trust scores may unlock additional Platform features. 3. Privacy. Verification data is collected and processed according to our Privacy Policy. We take reasonable measures to protect your information. 2. Safety for Senders 1. Accurate Descriptions. Provide complete and honest descriptions of items, including weight, dimensions, contents and value. Concealing hazardous or illegal items is strictly prohibited. 2. Proper Packaging. Ensure items are securely packed to withstand handling and transport. Use protective materials and tamper‑evident seals. Label packages clearly. 3. Restricted Goods. Do not send prohibited items. This includes (but is not limited to) firearms, weapons, explosives, flammable materials, illegal drugs, prescription medications, counterfeit goods, perishables, currency, and items restricted by airlines or customs. If in doubt, contact support. 4. Insurance. Consider insuring valuable items through your own insurance provider. Aero‑Dash does not provide automatic insurance. 5. Communication. Use the Platform’s messaging tools to coordinate with Pilots. Do not share sensitive personal information except as required for delivery. 3. Safety for Pilots (Travellers) 1. Compliance with Laws & Airline Policies. Carry only items that are permitted by law and by the airline or carrier you are using. Refuse any item that appears unsafe, suspicious or not properly declared. You are solely responsible for items you transport. 2. Inspection. Before accepting an item, confirm its contents and packaging. If an item appears inconsistent with the description, do not accept it and contact support. 3. Handling & Transport. Handle items with care and ensure they remain sealed. Do not open packages unless required by customs or law enforcement. 4. No Substitution. Do not hand off items to another person or carrier. You are responsible for delivering the item to the intended recipient. 5. Reporting Issues. If you suspect illegal or prohibited contents, refuse the item and report the Sender to Aero‑Dash. If you encounter customs issues, follow the instructions of officials and notify us as soon as possible. 4. Community Standards & Conduct 1. Respect & Non‑Discrimination. Treat all users with respect and courtesy. Discriminatory, abusive or harassing behaviour is not tolerated. 2. Honesty & Transparency. Do not misrepresent yourself, your travel itinerary or the items you are sending. Provide truthful information at all times. 3. Ratings & Feedback. Provide accurate, fair feedback after deliveries. Abusive or retaliatory reviews are prohibited. 4. No Fraudulent Activity. Do not use stolen payment methods, engage in scams or impersonate others. Fraudulent activity will result in account suspension and may be reported to law enforcement. 5. Compliance with Terms & Laws. You must comply with our Terms & Conditions, Refund Policy, Privacy Policy and applicable laws and regulations. 5. Enforcement & Reporting 1. Monitoring. We monitor Platform activity and reserve the right to review, suspend or terminate accounts that violate our policies. 2. Reporting Violations. If you believe another user is acting illegally or violating our Terms, report the behaviour via the Platform or by emailing safety@aero‑dash.com. Provide as much detail as possible (e.g., username, transaction ID, evidence). 3. Investigation & Action. We investigate reports and may take actions such as warnings, account suspensions, removal from the Platform or referral to law enforcement. 4. No Retaliation. Users may not retaliate against anyone who reports a violation. Retaliation will result in sanctions. 6. Insurance & Liability Aero‑Dash does not automatically insure items and is not liable for loss, damage or delay. Users are encouraged to obtain insurance for valuable items and to understand that they bear the risk of loss. We provide guidelines and tools to promote safe transactions but cannot guarantee the actions of others. 7. Continuous Improvement Trust and safety are core priorities. We continually review and improve our policies, tools and training. We welcome feedback and encourage users to share suggestions for enhancing safety. 8.
