How can I trust a stranger with my package?
You're never dealing with an anonymous stranger. Every Aero-Dasher passes email, phone, government-ID, and biometric facial verification before they can carry anything. Your parcel is then X-ray scanned and manually inspected by Aero-Dash security staff, sealed with tamper-evident tape, and handed over only with a one-time password. On top of that, your payment sits safely in escrow until delivery is confirmed.
As an Aero-Dasher, how do I know what I'm carrying is safe and legal?
Three layers protect you: you see the verified identity of every Shipper you work with, you have the explicit right to open and inspect any parcel before accepting it, and every item passes professional X-ray and manual screening before your flight. Prohibited items are rejected at screening — nothing unscreened ever travels with you.
When do I pay, and when does the Aero-Dasher get paid?
You pay when you book, but your money goes into escrow — not to the Aero-Dasher. It's only released after the receiver confirms delivery with a one-time password. If the delivery doesn't happen, you're covered by our refund policy.
What happens if my parcel is lost or damaged?
Because payment is held in escrow, the Aero-Dasher isn't paid for an incomplete delivery. Tamper-evident sealing means any interference is visible immediately at handover, and our support team steps in to resolve any dispute under our refund policy.
How is this faster than a regular courier?
Your parcel flies point-to-point on the next available flight with a verified traveler, instead of moving through sorting hubs and warehouses. International deliveries that take couriers days can land the same day.
Does my shipment have to fit inside the traveler's suitcase?
No — and this is one of the most important things to understand about
Aero-Dash. Travelers carry shipments in two completely different ways:
Option 1 — Inside spare luggage space: If the traveler has room in their
own bag, small parcels, documents, or gifts can travel alongside their personal
belongings.
Option 2 — As a completely separate checked bag (nothing to do with the
traveler's own suitcase): The traveler checks in your package, carton, or box
at the airline counter as their own additional checked bag — completely independent from
their personal luggage. Their own bags can be 100% full. You can send one, two, or
multiple packages this way on a single flight, each weighing up to 20 kg or more.
This option is for full cartons, large boxes, commercial goods, and bulk e-commerce
shipments. The traveler's suitcase space is entirely irrelevant for this option.
All packages — in either option — are professionally X-ray screened, tamper-sealed, and
escrow-protected before the traveler ever handles them.
What items can't I send?
Anything illegal, dangerous, or restricted for air travel is prohibited and will be rejected at security screening. Check our terms for the full restricted-items list before listing your shipment.
